Well, not sure you heard the news but Nicole and Keith have surprised us all with the announcement of a new baby girl, Faith Margaret, born via surrogate on December 28, 2010. They certainly did a great job of keeping that a secret.

“Our family is truly blessed, and just so thankful, to have been given the gift of baby Faith Margaret, no words can adequately convey the incredible gratitude that we feel for everyone who was so supportive throughout this process, in particular our gestational carrier.” the family said in a statement.

Although the family is now happy, Keith says their relationship isn’t easy and admits they have had to work hard to make it a success. “The union we’ve created is something we both want to work on. It is beautiful to be in a union with somebody that is equally loving and passionate, and who wants the best for the other person. To find myself in a relationship with a person who is equally willing has been an absolute miracle,” he added.

Kidman is not one to shirk exercise. She continues to work out in the gym and use both a healthy natural food regimen and supplements to maintain her youthful shape.

She does regular 55-minute Pilates sessions and a weekly spinning class, and favors cardio workouts on a cross trainer. Otherwise, she’s outdoors running 7 to 12 miles at a clip, or power walking.  She also trains with weights, swims and does yoga. So what does Nicole do to stay so fit and trim?

Well you can definitely see from this picture that she and Keith are followers of healthy eating. Whole foods is one of the stores that they frequent and you can see the store in the background

Nicole definitely stocks her shopping cart with healthy, organic foods.  It’s one of  her secrets for that gorgeous skin and the trim physique.  She prefers all natural, non processed foods without chemicals or additives. She is afraid of any pesticides that may have toxic side effects. At her age, she knows that she must choose nutritious items to keep her skin and body as youthful and healthy as possible.

Nicole eats small portions of food to keep her body in good shape. The actress confesses, “I have to eat several times per day to feel satisfied.” After her pregnancy with her daughter Sunday Rose, she adds “I had a few pounds extra, but nothing I haven’t been able to handle. I try to eat well, only organic foods: salads, fish and sometimes pasta, but I am not a friend of foods with high fat contents.”

However she does admit to several well kept secrets that have aided her in keeping her weight down and enabling her to showcase a figure that belongs on a 20 year old.  We’ll explore some of those secrets in our next article.
